What does Venkateswara mean?

There are several names to the “Kaliyuga” daivam like “Narayana“,”Govinda” and so on but what does “Venkateswara” mean?

  1. Don’t get me wrong Raj, just googled and found the following explanation from Wikipedia. :)

    “The name Venkateshwara can be split into multiple parts in Sanskrit: Ven (sins), kata (destroyer), and ishwara (Supreme Lord). Using this etymology, Venkateshwara refers to the Supreme Lord who destroys sins.”

      I heard from one of SriChaganti’s disclosures that the name Venkateswara
      should be pronounced as “VEEMKATESWARA” since it is made up of

      Veem=papam
      tatathi = teseyyadam
      eeswara= yeduru leni vaadu.
