MMGL Interview w Chekuri Kasiah 1 of 2 (restored)

Please let me know which part of this interview is controversial.  This entire show was first broadcast on Aug 14, 2009 and was rebroadcast on Christmas day – Dec 25, 2009. Some part of this conversation or another part from the rest of the show has triggered Caller Lakshmi’s response, which I published before. She left the message while the repeat broadcast of this show was going on.

About this interview:

Sri Chekuri Kasiah was a former Chairman of the Kammam Zilla Parishad. He is a veteran politician with deep knowledge of Indian history and the history of Telugu people. He is currently retired from politics and is doing public service in Khammam (I will post his website details later).

I had the good fortune of meeting with Kasiah garu in August 2009. I did not stop asking him a lot of questions about contemporary history. After talking to him for nearly 3 hours, I wished I had recorded our conversation. No matter – I caught him on the phone from the West coast for a phone interview. This is the first part of my interview:

MMGL broadcast date: August 14, 2009 [Well before the recent Telangana and United-Andhra drama]; Rebroadcast date: Dec 25, 2009
