STOP Sign?

This is so weird. Did you come across this any time? Not really sure there is a meaning for this..
This may happens when a person who is working on this may not aware of the spelling or just his mistake or he might be completely tired on that day. How many people will stop at this stop sign? Will they stop? Or, do they just proceed? Comment?
