10 Best Colleges Work For: My Employer Made the List

What are the top 10 best colleges work for?  I don’t know about them. I love my job and my employer (even though they didn’t give me a rise in 3 years).

Though it is large — more than 30,000 students and nearly 3,000 faculty — the Chronicle of Higher Education reports that employees at the Virginia university maintain a high rate of job satisfaction.
